What products are available?

We supply casual shirts, vests, jackets, jumpers, headgear, bags, aprons, ties, socks, scarves, children’s wear, scanners, CFA Diary Organisers, coffee mugs, lanyards, key rings, watches, drink bottles and lots more. Plus for a little extra, we can personalise the apparel with your Brigade details too - contact us at info@cfashop.com.au for more details. Any CFA official uniform items including Adult Turnout Gear can be obtained through the Region or the Logistics Centre at Knoxfield.

Who can purchase?

Everyone, although the site is primarily accessed by CFA Members, Volunteers, Staff, families and Emergency Service Agencies. 

How do I order?

Our products are all available to order through this website. First select Our Products from the top menu bar then click on the appropriate sub-heading for the product you are looking for. Alternatively, you can download an order form and fax it to us on facsimile (03) 9473 1909 .

How do I pay?

We accept Credit Card payment through our website (Mastercard and Visacard) or alternatively, you can send a cheque to PO Box 1048, Collingwood VIC 3066 with a copy of your printed order.  Goods will be dispatched after payment has been received. Unfortunately we do not accept Money Order payments.

How will items be sent?

We ship anywhere within Australia. When you confirm your order online, you will be asked to choose a postage method – either by standard Australia Post or Registered Mail by Australia Post and the appropriate prices will be displayed. Please Note: We recommend postage by Registered Mail as cannot be responsible for any parcels lost in transit via standard post as these cannot be tracked. Items will be dispatched within a week of ordering however in the rare case where there may be a delay in stock from our Suppliers, some goods may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. 

What if I need to return goods?

We’re sure you’ll be happy with your purchases however we understand that sometimes the size isn ’t the right fit. You can return your items for exchange and refunds will be offered on products if you have been sent the wrong item or they are not as described.

Why become a member of The CFA Shop?

Essentially to save you time! When you become a member of The CFA Shop website, your details (including postal and billing addresses) will automatically be saved to your user name so each time you log in to purchase, there’s no need to complete this information again. If your contact details change, you can alter this information by accessing the YOUR DETAILS section once you’ve logged in as a member. You can also review your confirmed orders and join our online mailing list so you're kept up to date on new products and any special offers.

What size am I?

Clothes are offered in a range of unisex sizes from 14 – 30. For best results, use a chest measurement in centimetres and compare with the sizing chart below. If you fall between 2 sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size. Goods may be returned for alternate sizes in the condition they are received.
