CFA Members, Volunteers, staff and families can purchase through this site, and some products may be purchased by those from other emergency service agencies. We do not process sales from outside Australia. Motorola Listening Sets - are they still available? No, Motorola Listening Sets have not been available for about 5 years. We have stocks of batteries and a few accessories. There is no guarantee that these items will be around in the long term so it is recommended that you review your needs and order parts accordingly. Are Motorola chargers available? No, these have been totally depleted. There are no further stocks of genuine Motorola AC Adaptor/chargers, Desk chargers or car cig lighter adaptors. If in the future an alternative product is found, we will advise through the website. We suggest you enquire at your Brigade for any other members who may be selling their chargers second-hand. Can I come to the shop and try on clothing? No, The CFA Shop operates strictly as a mail order business. Stock is usually held at the suppliers premises. If there is a particular product you require urgently, please ring us to see if we can make arrangements. Do you sell Uniform products? No, we do not sell official CFA uniforms. You need to get these items through your Region, or through Central Store at Knoxfield. Do you sell Turnout gear? No, we do not sell operational clothing or equipment. How do I pay for my order? We accept cheques, money order and major credit cards (not AMEX or Diners). You can order via the website or by phone, fax or mail. We expect payment prior to despatch of goods. How do I receive my order? In most cases, goods are sent by Australia Post or by Courier service. Many items are despatched with a day or two of your order, but some items will take up to 4 weeks. What are the office hours? Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. If we are unavailable for any reason please leave a message on the answering machine. |
